Chat About: Tommy Guhn Lee is an exhibition in conjunction with the event Chat About: Lydia Dimsu & Tommy Guhn Lee, April 19, 2024.
Tommy Guhn Lee: shaman explores distances of time, space, and emotion that art can transport both the artist and the audience, with an aim for people to meet at a place of conversation and (mis)understanding. their works are responses to the complex and multifaceted nature of the human experience as one navigates their body through time, space, and society. they construct images, objects, and experiences that are open for the observer to complete the nature and meaning of the engagement. science, religion, technology, love, and pain are some of the many topics that find their way into shaman.
This exhibition is part of the 2023–24 Chat About x CWAC Exhibitions series.
